Howdy, on that model, you withdraw the plunger and turn the stapler upside down and lay the staples on the track (on the botton of stapler, not in the back) with the points facing up. When you replace the plunger, it holds them in place. I really like the reverse stapling action on that model, easier on my wrist. Hope this helps some:)

If you can't figure out how to get that plunger out, maybe 'cause it's ridiculously difficult to pull out. I keep looking up how to do it, even though I've done it 3-4 times before, because each time it's so hard I doubt myself. So, I will share the secret for those in my shoes: put a small flat head screwdriver in that gap and crank it. I wish I could post a picture...but I think you can figure it out...or use pliers. Yes, the black plastic does pull straight out the back. Because there's no firm latch, they really made the tension high to avoid it popping out.

Mine DOES have a bit of a catch. Pull the black piece downward and it comes out easily. Downward being the direction it would be if you were stapling the floor.

Hi, I can't load my powershot pro electric stapler/nailer with staples. It fires, but staples do not advance forward. Any help?

Remove all staples and inspect for a rouge staple that may be jamming the staples to advance. Unplug first.

Don't know how to load staples in my powershot pro

Usually a black tab toward the back of the staple gun.
Push in, pull up and pull out.
Push rod, spring and assembly should slide out easily.
You can then reload as needed.

Push in, pull up and when the push rod bottoms out push down.
This usually locks the tab back in place. Do this a few times and you will get the feeling pretty quick.

Good luck!
