DID you mean C-0960!!! C-0860 does not exist in the service manual. Check your bypass tray right side. For something jammed if no need to get a tech out for Konica Minolta. I believe there was a technical bulletin issued in regards to that error several years ago.

C-0960 error code is for the bypass tray on a C350 copier. Make sure there is nothing binding up the tray lift mechanism. To reset open the front door, on the right side where the plastic starts to curve you will find a small hole, in that hole there will be a small button. Use a pen tip or a paper clip to press this button, this will reset the error. If the error returns there may be damage to the bypass lift system.
