All three lights stay lit on printer Lexmard x83 and will not compute with computer.

    I tried one more time to do what you told me but Hitting the defult button wan not an option. It wasn't activated for me to click on.

    so, I want to thank you for responding to my cry but it was of no use to me. The instructions you gave me did not work.

COLD RESET HP 3600dn
To perform a cold reset:

1. Power off the printer.
2. Hold down the green GO button, and power the printer on. Keep holding until all three control panel LEDs are lit up and stay lit.
3.Press the down arrow until you get to COLD RESET, then press the green GO button.

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X83 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.

Should you really need the installation disc, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for assistance.

You need to take the jeep to a dealer or a good mechanic who can retreive the codes out of the computer. You may have a module problem but I will not guess without knowing the codes.

Problem after installing cartridges
I gently moved the cardtridge assy. to the left, then I gently strummed the belts that probably centered the sensors. you have to be careful and not do it too hard strum gently like guitar strings .hope this helps
