SOURCE: Printer keeps on jamming paper

Turn the darn thing over and shake it. there's probably something in there. In mine it was a miniature oyster cracker. Works great now but I was about to go insane until i shook it out.

Out of Toner / Change Toner - Canon image CLASS MF4370dn

The percentage-of-available-toner is based on calculations made by the printer's internal software -- quite different from putting a measuring-stick into an above-ground oil-tank to determine the ACTUAL level.

So, while the calculations say "zero percent left", there still is some toner inside the toner-cartridge, and so it still prints.

Buy a replacement cartridge. When you finally do run-out of toner, install the new cartridge.

Compare it to buying a new quart of milk, and then using the last 1/8 of the quart of the milk currently inside your refrigerator -- use the "old" milk until it is 100% gone, and then switch to the "new" milk.

Canon MF4370dn says "set paper

I can find no reference to this error but presume your paper is being drawn in then stops so you have to remove the toner to get the paper out.
What can happen on this model is the black plastic clip for the output tray falls off onto the paper and gets drawn into the paper feed area of the machine. it then jams the lifter and consequently stops the paper. Take out the toner and have a good look in the paper feed roller area to see if there is something stopping it.

repost if you still have the problem.

Printer keeps saying use current size Canon MF4370DN

I am still fighting with Canon Support on this problem. They say, this is a low end printer and the feature of selecting the Match Page size option is not supported in this model.

We need to change the paper size each and everytime in each application before you go for a print.

This printer just s**ks. I am not going to order Canon printer for a life time.

I have a mf4370dn all-in-one printer keep getting error code 6a00 thank

Hi
Error 6A00
The 6A00 is a Canon generic code for paper path jam.
Solution 1:
Move the printhead carriage back and forth a few times.
Solution 2:
Check the purge unit: Moving the print head assembly will not clear a purge unit if its jammed with paper, paper clips, push pins, screws, cookie crisp, flower bud pods or the like.

Solution 3:
Press the ink pads down in the purge unit.

All I ask is please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

I finally got a solution to my problem, which is the same as this one. When trying to scan via USB, you have to make sure the unit is set to USB. On the top panel just above the LCD display, is 3 buttons, Copy, Fax, Scan. Hit the SCAN button, till the display says USB SCANNING. Then try to scan again. Good luck!

Canon Imageclass MF4370dn constant paper jam errors

Dear
Inside the back panel there are paper sensors attached to lever, a small spring connected to lever to keep its home position, the spring may dislocated from its position or the lever sticked to the base. some times a small piece of paper sticked at this may cause the problem.
Thanks.

Printer keeps saying change paper size

Go to Control Panel - Printers and on MF3310 right click and choose Default settings. I had to change page size from Letter to A4 and output size from Match page size to A4 as well. Finally, after 4 hours of investigations it worked.
