First, Copy the photos (or set as default) to the sd card. (can do all at once from the 'file' icon.)
Connect the phone to the computer and choose "mass storage device" when asked.
The phone will now appear as a 'removeable drive' and you can do as you wish after that.
Well if you have a memory card in your phone, you can put it into the adaptor and put that into your PC (if it has the memory card holes).
Other than that, you should have had a cable when you bought the phone which you plug into the same bit as you put your charger, and the other end into a USB socket.
Then go to My computer, and it'll be in one of the drives. (or you can download the Samsung software to view pics on).
The other alternative, is to get a bluetooth adapter for your PC and send them via bluetooth.
HI This phone had a lot of issues since I have owned one and just replaced another one. You probably need to open the case and check the camera connector and also other connection. The cable or camera unit may failed. Send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, I will send you a copy of service manual for this phone so you can troubleshoot it by using the instruction in this manual. Good Luck
You need to load the Samsung PC Suite on to the computer first and then synchronise the phone and computer. I've backed up all my videos and photos this way. Just be careful if you synchronise your contacts as you may end up with your contacts listed twice!
