Question about Tomtom GPS
Managed to get through to your Customer Service dept.after going through innumerable screens to find information. Not an easy site to access.
Apparently the whole site was down and staff couldn't do anything to help us. Promised to contact us this morning first thing. Did not. This is par for the course with all companies today.
Have now re contacted Tomtom ourselves and found out how we can send back our damaged gps for assessment.
