Safari on my itouch is a gray screen, but everything else works

1) Open "Settings", then select "Safari".

2) Scroll down and click the buttons labeled "Clear Cache", "Clear Cookies" and "Clear History".

3) Hold down the power button on the top of the iPod and the round button at the bottom until it shuts off (even after the "Slide to power off" screen appears).

4) Wait for iPod to restart.

My itouch just froze...what do i do?

Try holding the sleep/wake button until the prompt comes up to turn the Ipod off. Select power off and then turn back on again. This should unfreeze it, however the problem that caused it to freeze may still exist. It might be caused by a buggy app or a shortage of memory. Try clearing the cache in settings/Safari. Bottom of page: Clear History
Clear Cookies
Clear Cache
Good Luck

My ipod classic 80gb won't restore.... i have formated it but nothing

You could try Daniusoft iPod transfer which a friend told me.

It is an amazing iPod music/video manager which offers you an easy way tobrowse file information and organize your iPod playlist and entiredigital collection in iPod, such as sorting, deleting, clearing, quicksearching, etc. It's more convenient for you to transfer iPod tocomputer.

I forgot my ipod touch 4 digit password and now its disabled

here you go, in detailed steps:

  1. Plug in your iPod.
  2. Wait for it to load completely.
  3. Open My Computer (or computer if on Vista). Make sure you can view hidden files.
  4. Go to iPod_control.
  5. Go to the folder named Device.
  6. If your iPod is locked, there will be a file _locked . Rename the file to _unlocked.
  7. Safely remove your iPod and it will be cleared.
Hope this helped! ^_^ Have a great day~
