Question about HP Pavilion F1503 15" LCD Flat Panel Monitor
Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing, when talking about the OSD (on-screen display) that normally refers to the monitor only, such as the menu to adjust horizontal positioning, or the mode (digital or analog) setting. Is that what you are talking about? If so, what does it say?

Did this just start? Have you recently changed resolution settings? I note in your manual the following warning:

The On Screen Display manager also features pop-up
warning messages for certain situations, such as if you
attempt to set the monitor resolution outside the
recommended range.
It also says:
Your monitor is optimized for 1024 X 768 @ 60 Hz.
Are all cable connections secure?

And if you right click on the Desktop > Properties > Settings, what is the resolution set to? 1024x768 it will be ok
