Question about Microwave Ovens
In case your owner's manual is missing, you can download it here.
If you're still having trouble after consulting the manual, please reply back.
The ceramic turntable (actually ceramic coated metal) will be fine as long as it doesn't have chips or cracks where arcs can occur.
Also, for even heating and longer turntable life, don't place your food in the center, but slightly off-center instead.
If you need to order a new turntable, enter your full model number JES1290SK here http://tinyurl.com/gv383

Tips for a great answer:
the "Stop" button on the microwave to
reset the digital display to the clock setting.
2) Push the
"Clock" button once. Locate the "Hour" button and
press it once for each hour of time. For example, if the current time
is 5:15 p.m., press the Hour button five times.
the "Minute" button to set the second half of the time. For
the example above, you would press the Minute button 15 times to set
a time of 5:15 p.m.
4)Push the Clock button to save the time setting. Check the time on the microwave's digital display.
