Question about JVC AM FM CD DET FACE CAR STEREO
I'm no JVC expert, but typically on car stereos (at least the ones I've come into contact with) the stereo must be turned off. Then you press and hold one of the 'menu' or 'function' buttons until a menu pops up. Scroll to a 'clock' setting and change it from there. See if this works!
