It is card printer. It prints what is sent to it. If your OS has support for the Arabic Language (fonts and right to left) and Microsoft Word is writing in Arabic, you should be able to print the cards in Arabic.

ARABIC?!! WTF? Anyway, are you sure its arabic? If it is, then restore the printer to factory settings. That should fix it.

Use software program that have arabic language because we are using it with our program that prints arabic words and letter.

looks like its running on IBM PC DOS. code page 708 - arabic. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc195061.aspx however if you are using windows, then you may need an arabic windows, just adding an arabic languge file wont help. IBM PC Dos doesnt have an arabic option. you can download the ibm surepos 100 4613 technical reference manual which is what i did for you. but it no help in that arabic is not an option. research using arabic with DOS. because your keyboard is basically a PC one working in DOS.

Download a free "Arabic" true type font. Use Zebra Designer to print your label and use the arabic font to print any character.

I would check the printer to make sure the correct code page is selected.

Also in the printer's front panel menuj, there is a setting for "Language". Please make sure that you have the correct languqage selected
