There are a million things that cause computers to run slow. Few are "simple" to fix.<br /> <br /> Here is what I want you to do. Go to this site: <a rel='nofollow' href="http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download">http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download</a> and download a program called <u><i>CCleaner</i></u>. Follow the instructions on the screen. When you have the free program on your computer, run it. This program will clean all the unnecessary stuff from your computer which will speed it up a little bit.<br /> <br /> If you want to do other things, you should defrag your computer. If you are using a Windows operating system, you can do this by clicking on "my computer". Find your hard drive which should be identified as "C". Right click on the C drive, select Properties. Click on the tab that says Tools. You will see a tool that says Defragmentation. Click on defragment and let the computer work. This process may take a few minutes to several hours ... let it complete the defrag before you do anything else.<br /> <br /> Run the CCleaner at least one time per month. The Defragger should be run about the same.<br /> <br /> I hope this helps you with your problem. If you found these remarks helpful, the courtesy of a kind word and a positive vote will be appreciated.<br /> <br /> Thank you and thank you for your interest in FixYa.com

Blinking power led linksys

Return it and get your money back or exchange it. Those repeaters are cheaply made and something as simple as a power surge can fry the connections....but first, try to power cycle the equipment by unplugging it for a minute if you have not tried that yet. You might want a computer saavy friend to take a look at it...sometimes it is easier for me to have the equipment in front of me than to troubleshoot it over the phone or the internet.

The computer may be running slow for a lot of reasons. A simple quick fix is: Make sure you have an updated anti-virus & malware, run a full scan, delete all the browsing data, temporary files, cookies, make a disk cleanup and defragmentation. This may help a lot, let me know how it works out.

Cant appear youtube.... plz help me how to fix it

YouTube freeze can happen due to many reasons. Major reasons are overload on website, simultaneous running of many programs on your computer, Low RAM, Slow internet connection or corrupt windows registry.

For smooth watching of YouTube Videos take following actions:

1. Watch videos at off peak times, if possible

2. Do not run other programs while watching videos. They slow down computer in general by making use of memory.

3. Add RAM on your computer. More RAM will make easy execution of heavy programs on your system.

4. Get better and speedy internet connection. Talk to your ISP in this regard.

5. Regularly clean windows registry. Windows registry is vital place that stores information for important computing functions. A congested or corrupted windows registry makes computer slow that causes YouTube like freezes. For this, get the best registry cleaner RegInOut cleaner and optimizer. Use it once in a fortnight for fast computing to avoid YouTube freezes and system slow down.

My Toshiba Satellite A15-S129 is very slow How can i make this first. Plz help me at suja.islam@yahoo.com

Saying a computer is slow really is not giving out enough info. The A15's came with 256MB of memory, and runs XP Home - which was barely adequate. So that'd be the first area I'd address: most computers run slow 'cause they ain't got enough memory, and memory is cheap, so it's a crime not to give it an upgrade. If you indeed have 256MB of installed memory, then you should add a 512MB module (it uses laptop DDR PC2100 or PC2700 memory) and that ought to do it.

Every time I insert a disk into my DVD drive my computer freezes up and I have to shut down manually. If I put a blank disk in, that will work for recording, but any disk with a program on it will cause...

You can try this: Double click on your My Computer icon on your desktop. Find your DVD drive (icon), right click on it and select properties. Select the second tab called "Auto Play". Click on the button that says "Restore Defaults" then click "OK" out of the windows you just opened and try your DVD again.

Photosmart 2575 printer is offline - won't print

In Vista make sure you are logged in as a administrator whenever you make any changes.

And if not to bring the printer online you will have to right click on the printer icon and right click on Run as administrator> and then try bringing the printer online and checdk if it works.

And you can delete the Microsoft XPS Document writer it is a default printer icon installed if in case you did not have a printer installed you can store them to print later.
Now that you already have a printer you can delete the Microsoft XPS Document writer.

Good Luck

Microwave won't heat/Makes buzzing noise.

The symptoms you are describing are typical of a magnetron that has gone bad. Continuing to attempt to use the oven in its current condition can cause further damage. So, I would recommend not using it. Microwave ovens are considered dangerous and repairs should not be attempted by anyone that is not electronic saavy. The High Voltage Network inside the oven has voltage potentials of 14,000 volts and higher. If you feel this is something you wish to attempt, the Magnetron part number is 1156751 and costs approx. $158. Keep in mind, if the magnetron has been arcing and making a burning smell you may have burned the protective coating that lines the walls of the waveguide. If the waveguide is damaged it is not repairable. I do not know if this is a replaceable item on your model microwave. Double check your warranty information and/or owner's manual. In many cases the magnetron is warranted for several years beyond the limited warranty that comes with most appliances. Post back with comments and let me know if you want me to assist you further. In addition, if you provide me with your EXACT model number (located along the door opening) I can narrow down parts a little better. I know this all sounds discouraging, but I do hope I have been able to help you.
