If a pipe is cut or has a hole in it,then water will pour out like you are describing. Take the back panel off and retry doing a wash. Look carefully andYou should soon see where the leak is comming from. Switch off fast and then pull the power (plug) out of the wall. Replace the faulty part then retry doing a wash.
