Question about Cell Phones
Remove off the battery and the memory card from the phone. replace battery after about 10 minutes. Now check to on and reset the phone usingg settings- reset factory settings- 12345 to set your phone to normal state.
If the phone works then insert memory or else you must try to get the software installed .
