I have plenty ink but i cant get anything that has blue in it

What do I do when the little window says " refer to printer documentation" ? I took the ink cartridges out and put them back in.. It will not do anything other than scan.


Unfortunately the printer will stop printing when it senses low ink levels. There is plenty of ink left in the cartridge, but the printer doesn't care. It just stops until they get new ones put in.

take your ink cartridge out from your printer. you can see at the ink carriage there are little pipes where the ink usually flow from cartridge. If head cleaning and power cleaning does not work, then try to clean those pipes by using 96% alcohol fluids and **** the pipes using something.

hello! the ink indicator is showing because the catrigde sensors could be coated by some dirt or ink . try cleaning the catridges slot with soft material .then put it on

I have canon pixma mp500. The blue ink won't


This is common in Canon Pixma printers (all models). If you are refilling your cartridges or are buying refurbished cartridges this will happen more often. Take the cartridge out and put it back in. If this does not work, then replace the cartridge altogether. If that doesn't work, you need to contact Canon (us.canon.com if you are in the U.S.) for help. Let me know if this helps you.

Xerox Phaser 8560dn says it is out of Cyan ink, but it is not.


The inksticks are probably jammed in the slot. If you're using non-Xerox ink, an error reset is required. Since the non-Xerox ink sticks are not the right shape (since the shape is a registered trademark), they don't always trip the sensors when they come down the chute.

Blue ink - printing problem


Hi,
Your Cyan cartridge is empty and need replacement. Maybe you can clean head of Cyan cartridge with alcohol but symptoms are the empty cartridge!

1:check the usb cable or replace it
2: remove the black print cartridge clean the contacts then reinstall it
