You can use high grade copper cables for the subwoofer wiring and evenif the original is lost there are different grades to match the power output of the sub woofer and the amplifier.
I think a 3 mm core copper wire should be good enough .

You don't identify the subwoofer so we have to guess.

Since it only supports a powered subwoofer I would guess you just need a standard single RCA cable available anywhere hifi cables are sold.

No Sound from Subwoofer

The original Pioneer subwoofer has its own amplifier built in to the speaker, so the only cable required on the original speaker is a single RCA cable. To connect a different brand subwoofer to the Pioneer you will have to make sure that you have a subwoofer with the same specs. It will need its own built in amp to work, as you can only connect it with one RCA

Cable lost

A subwoofer cable is simply a single cable with an RCA jack on each end, there is nothing special about it despite what Monster and other manufacturers would like you to believe. You can buy one the length you need or make your own.

What voltage required to power a sony subwoofer

Hey,

I just got one of these units, the SONY SS-WG990.
The RCA cable is direct conection to the speaker.
It requires external AMP.
The other cable is just for the system switch and LED.
If you just have this unit, all you need is an AMP to
feed it.
