Around seven months ago, I bought a Fujifilm Finepix Z1 and loved it until it expectantly broke. I received a replacement two months ago. But I have a few problems with my new camera that I didn't with my old. When I hook it up to my laptop I get a half-hearted chime telling me that it's hooked up, yet FinePixViewer, the program I use to load my images, doesn't come up automatically as it did for my previous camera. When I hook the old one up to load pictures (which is all it's good for now), it works fine with a full chime letting me know it's connected. The problem with this is that me old camera scratches my xD Memory Card like crazy. I'm not sure what I need to do to get the new camera connecting properly. I've tried uninstalling FinePixViewer, but that hasn't helped. Is it a problem with my camera? My computer? Help on the matter would be much appreciated.

I have a Panasonic Lumix DE A45. Was working just fine until I went to take a picture and it wouldn't take...like the battery needed to be charged. So I charged the battery...shows the battery has been charged. But when I go to turn it on....it turns back off immediately...maybe staying on for about 5 seconds. Not sure if it is the camera or possibly the battery or charger??
