Question about Coby MP-C582 MP3 Player
So my mom bought 3 of these players for Christmas. None of them worked. When you try to load music they all say "the disk is write protected" when I called Coby they wanted me to send them back and pay $6 per player. RIDICULOUS! We exchanged them at the store we bought them from. Got home and 2 of the three work. My husband got music loaded on his but now it won't play and when I try to load more music it says the same write protection thing. We just loaded mys ons last night with no issues using all the same programs and some of the same music. How do we fix it without returning it?
On the side of the music player, there should be a switch with a pad lock design on the left side of it. Make sure the switch is all the way over to the right.
(I got this answer from Yahoo and it worked.)
