Question about Dell Dimension 5150 (DIM515MIN) PC Desktop
Upgrading to 2GB will have a significant increase in speed, the jump from 2GB to 4 GB will be faster but the additional speed increase will be less than the 512 to 2 GB jump. In my book, get as much RAM as you can afford, for go with 4 GB. THe 533 Front side bus is set by the processor installed on the MB, using 800 Mhz RAM will have no ill effect as it is backwards compatible to 533
