Possible that the audio output section is short . remove speakers and fix in the fuse to test, if itt blows out the fault must be confirmed by opening of the amp and disconnection of the power output driver. If teh fuse then stays the fault is confirmed. replace and test the speakers in this section before connecting.

Issue of fuse constantly blowing.

Is the fuse correct amperage rating. There is to much power going to fuse. If it is the correct fuse you have a short most likely ? wire touching metal. The power lose is because this is main fuse.

What would make the fuse under the seat keep blowing

There has to be a short in the line somewhere in order for the fuse to constantly blow. A wire has rubbed against some steel and is causing the fuse to blow. trace the fuse to the link....such as the lights or rear light and check the socket or wiring for a short.

2001 Chevy Express 2500 van - power window fuse blows constantly

shorted circuit usually in one of the window regulator/lift motor assemblys. remove interior door handles (or whatever is necessary) to access wiring connectors, and disconnect. insert a new fuse. shouldn't blow now. reconnect one connector at a time until the fuse blows. that is the shorted component. replace the component. occasionally where the wiring harness comes thru the frame and enters the door, the constant movement or vibration will cause the sharp edge to slice into a wire's insulation and cause a short...

I think my alternator is bad would this also

NO. The alternator feeds the battery, not your cars systems. The car systems are powered by the battery and the battery is constantly charged by the alternator. If your radio doesn't have power, check the fuse first, then the hot lead to the radio with a test light do not ry to "spark" the wire to test for power as this will blow the fuse. A radio fuse is only a 5 or 10 amp fuse and is very easy to blow out.. If the radio is getting power then the radio has to be replaced

One of your power wires is grounding to something, whether through a switch or relay.

I had wires fuse together that had the same effect in a vehicle years ago. Constantly blew fuses and happened to find the 2 wires fused under the dash in the steering console.

This is probably not your problem but there are very few things that cause those fuses to blow that rapidly.

Electrical is difficult to troubleshoot over the net though. Find out what the fuse goes to and try to follow the wires from point A to B as much as you can. May be as simple as a wire that the insulation is rubbed off or cut at a point and touching the body.

96 bluebird le grand tail light fuse keeps blowing?

Anytime a fuse constantly blows, you either have a short in your wireing for that components circuit or the component itself is faulty. Inspect the wiring harnesses for each taillamp assembly and ensure no wires are damaged or loose. Also inspect wiring at the fuse box.
