Question about Toshiba Televison & Video
Usually this indicates a power supply issue which could be rebuilt by a local repair centre. If it is not, from what I have found out the only possiblity is to see if you can send it back to Toshiba and get them to fix it (probably cost a few dollars) as they sould keep spares for up to five years after the last product was shipped.
