Question about Washing Machines
Can be relative to the motor or the motor drive.
please check the torque of the motor before we can confirm on the fault.
So check for the full voltage to the motor if so check if present with a starting capacitor , whether it has failed, if so replace.
If motor has torque but is slipping on the loader, then check for the slippage in the belt drive.
Also check for free movement of the drum without much off a friction. It is for sure that the mtor is shutting off with load and unless the power is down these can be the issue.
However if the motor power is regulated or is servo type then it is the failure of the servo drivers or the motor itself.
