Question about Tecnik TKL9260 Front Load Washer
Hi, the reason(s) a Washer will Not Drain, well there are a few reasons, either the Pump itself is blocked, or Faulty, the internal piping is blocked, the outlet pipe is kinked or airlocked., or there may be a main controller fault, sometimes it can be a sensor gone faulty.
So consequently those are all the things to check first, the Motor, Tubes, and Hoses. If they all seem OK, then it is more likely to be a sensor or main controller, if you prove all the sensors are OK, then it is the main controller itself.
Inside the inspection hatch, sometimes there is a maintenance manual to assist with troubleshooting.
But if you want to DIY, then you Must obtain a service manual. Also to assist you, there is a great DIY self help website below.
If you do not wish to DIY, then you should contact your local Appliance repair shop, and ask for someone to call. then you should ask them for a 'Quote" as to the cost of the repair.
