hi thanks for your feedback but none of it worked, no current through speaker wires, can an amp overheat or suffocate?

and if so would all the lights still work

Did you set your gains and base boost also when you put sterio back in dash did you put rca's on proper outputs or the rca's could have pulled out when putting back in
you have high output and low output

are your subs getting sound to them at all any current going threw speaker wires to subs
radio settings might not be set to back end for subs this is a feature on most receivers to shut off back end subs

Kicker impulse 254 amp red light on top?

1st check all of your wiring, make sure the remote wire is hooked up, check to see it the RCA's are hooked up. I know this sounds stupid, but i've done it a thousand times, check to see if you hooked up the speakers. If you checked all of those and still nothing, double check your ground. Make sure where you have it grounded, you have all the paint sanded away and its a good grounding point. The red light on the top of the amp, its not a protection light is it??

I have a Kicker ZX350.2...Was working for great for over a year. Now it doesn't power the subs. Green & Red LED lights flash. Any idea where to start looking for problem ?

Check the speaker wire first, get another speaker to see if it works (may have blown yours) or get another signal to plug to the speakers tosee if the play. Also check the RCA's and make sure your signal is getting to the amp

Kicker 250.2 amp, I have green power led, but the red led on top of the unit does not come on, nor does the red protection led, hear a click out of the subs on occation but nothing else, looked inside and...

Sometimes clicking, or popping sounds from subs are caused by over excursion of the subwoofer, wich can be caused by ultra low frequency, or going below the tuned frequency of your enclosure.

Generally, if a Kicker amp has the power light lit and the protection light isn't lit, it's working. Are you sure that you have signal feeding the amp?

Are you sure your speakers are OK?

No Sound No Power

It sounds like part of the power switching circuit has failed. Your options would be to have it repaired/replaced or to try to repair it yourself. If you want to try to repair it yourself, visit the following link and then respond here. You will need to have the amp powered up and you'd need a multimeter to measure the voltage at several points on the board. A good quality photo of the circuit board would be helpful.

Since you didn't mention the red light, I'll assume it's not coming on. If that's the case, you'll need to check the B+ and remote voltage at the amp.

With a multimeter set to DC volts and the black lead on the amplifier's ground terminal, the meter should read 11+ volts when the red lead is touched to either the remote terminal or the B+ terminal. The head unit will need to be on so the remote lead will be 'hot' (have 12v on it).
