Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Open front cover and on left is a light grey "L" shaped item with a finger grip indent. If this item is not there, you will have to buy one (about $15 +-) If it is present, pull it out all the way then re-insert it with some force but do not john wayne it. try starting again. Dont forget to open and close both front and rear doors on the machine to reset the start process. If this doesn't help, a trip to service may be in order. Also, the toner tank can be emptied but it is a very messy deal, remove it, tip it upside down and shake. Probably best to do this inside of of a large trash bag and seal it around your wrist. the now empty container can be wiped off good with a damp paper towell. install and try again.. happy printing.
