Question about General Electric WCVH6800J Front Load Washer
Possible fault in the drain valve or the drain pump.
You will need to look underside of the washer and check for the voltage to the drain valve/drain pump to confirm the fault. If voltage is present then the valve/pump must be taken out and checked/cleaned or replaced.
If there is not supply to the pump the control unit is not switching and could be defective.
