I have just paired my year old Mesh matrix computer with an IIyama E380S 15" LCD screen. I get a black screen with a message saying "Out of range H:63.9KHz V: 60Hz Please change signal settings". I believe this to be the resolution settings and in order to get to the control panel I have to start it up in "safe" mode. However in this mode the display settings are not available, can anyone give me advice on what I should do? Both devices were working fine with their former partners Michael Bennett

The only way you can do this is to reinstall windows over your current installation, but not deleting your partition or formatting your drive. If you are not experienced doing this, I would suggest you take it to a Computer engineer.
you going to go to safe mode and try to restore you system to the date that you not change the video settings of computer just go to start button goto accessories click system tools and click system restore
I have such iiyama AS4636D monitor. In this day purchase. I have such problem with you. My solution: Desktop pc and lcd power off (230VAC or 110VAC) Power on lcd, after early desktop pc. This moment, when running the pc booting, press and hold you the " + " button. In this moment come in one blue screen. May be running on the sreen short message: check or select input mode: VGA DVI 1 2 . Select your correct cable connection type.
monitor is out of range you need to reconnect the old monitor and manually reduce the display resolution to say 1024x768 and see if you can start then you may also have to change the refresh rate to 60 hz in the display section of the advanced tab, hope this helps
double check that the speaker wire (green) is connected in the back of the monitor and into the back of your pc into the green connection, if it is and there is no sound you can always use a seperate pair of speakers, as it will be cheaper than repairing the monitor.
