The issue that you are experiencing is due to the paper sensor unable to detect the paper type that you are using.
To resolve the issue, Please open HP Solution Center.
Then click on Settings >> Print Settings >> Features Tab >> Set the Paper Size that you are using and the Paper type as "Plain Paper".
Setting the Plain paper is to deactivate the sensor. After Setting the Paper type as Plain Paper, Click on Apply and then on OK.
Again Make sure you Click on Apply and then on OK.
This should resolve the issue.
