Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You're not really supposed to download youtube videos to your computer in a fashion not intended by youtube. Regarding the files themselves your probably missing some plugin, perhaps after recent update. Or more likely the files aren't being downloaded and saved fully/properly, leading to corrupt data. Youtube and other sites will take actions to try and prevent videos from being downloaded, and when they do something new the software you used to download probably isn't updated to that yet. It's important you know that if produces of the video find that you downloaded their content you could face court. To make everything simpler and safer it's better to just watch in browser as intended.

I want to get you tube on my c3510 but it comes up with not supported content and i really want to watch videos on youtube please help!

The ability of you to watch videos from youtube on your mobile phone depends on how the phone was made and programmed.
It is important for you to know that while watching videos from youtube on your computer, there is a particular program known as a flash player that helps you to display or watch them.
This program is usually in-built in some phones and not all phones. It is usually in-built with most nokia symbian phones.
Unfortunately, your mobile phone is not designed or equipped with this function. Also, you cannot download and install this program on your mobile phone.
The above listed cause is the reason for your inability to watch videos from youtube.
I'm afraid that you may never be able to watch videos from youtube whilst using this phone. You may have to change it to a different make or a more advanced model.
Hope this was helpful?

Depending on which browser you are using try the following:

Internet Explorer 6:
Go to Tools then Internet Options
Select Delete Cookies then click OK
Select Delete Files then click OK
Select Clear History select Yes then OK

Internet Explorer 7:
Select Tools, Internet Options, Delete
Select Delete files and click Yes
Select Delete cookies and click OK
Select Delete history and click OK
Close (browsing history window)
Click OK

You should also empty your temp files as they can waste a lot of space.
