you are going to have to go to the dealer to get the codes for it. you may not be able to unlock it because most of the radios today from gm and unique to the car. they go by the vin number to get codes.
The radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
First remove the radio from the dashboard.
Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels, barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.
This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated
Hi :) On the back or top of the radio there is a stick with a model number and a serial number and a security number I need the security number to give you the code so if anybody needs the code give the serial and the security number with your question.
The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard .Then please quote the MAKE + MODEL of your radio plus ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING. Also quote the MAKE of CAR it is fitted into. Please note: Not all stereo codes can be calculated from the Serial Number
To reset , leave SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for up to 24 hours
The only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.
(There are usually two barcodes on one label. The one required is the lower one )
If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding
you have toget the serial number behind the radio call dealership if you know somebody at the dealer would be easyer give serial number and with serial number they suppose to give you the code
thanks you for using fixya pierre
