My lg xenon gr500 won't ring. it will just talk when i receive a message or a phone call. I have the ringtone set, but it just talks. It literally says who is calling or texting (their name if I have it programmed in or their number if I don't). I have took this into the AT & T local store and they were unable to fix it. I don't have this app downloaded either. Thanks for your help.

I have the same prob, so I messed around with it...
Here's what u should try, go into the phone settings, and find an Audio an Ring Tunes Icons, u will find all Ur ring tones there, or perhaps on a memory card, but from there I t worked for me, because I had the same prob, I kind of got sick of that talking too, that's what I did, and it works...Now I can play my Beasty Boys
