Panasonic EB-x400 WAP file deletion

I own the above model, have been trying to delete some wap files of the phone so that I can download a local file for the Middle East. When I try to download the 'file is full' message is displayed.

Apprenticein place of delete the file go to clear ceche and delete cookies and then try to do again.
