just be aware that playing with bios (upgrades) can be a little dangerous.. I have seen a number of them go wrong over the years & suggest not to do it unless you have a pressing reason.
Having said that, download the file & it runs like an executable off your hard drive.. But also be aware that sometimes the link points to the wrong bios, so you may end up loading the wrong one.. Therefore your pc will not start (ever again).. If you insist on going ahead, then make sure you backup your existing bios.. There is usually a save option when you go into the existing bios. That way, you (might) be able to restore if things go wrong. Lots of luck.
