Question about Gateway FPD1975W 19" LCD Monitor
First try to look in the menu ...and see if it has a factory reset ..or monitor reset ..I'm not sure for the model ..but they all have something like that in the menu that allows them to get to the factory settings,,if something it is odd in settings ,...
this should solve the issue if it is just a setting ..but if it is something wrong physically with it will not work ..and you have to get it checked by an electrician to see what part is out ...usually a condenser on the image board will do things like instability ..
