Follow this link select your operating system from the pulldown box, and download the driver for your operating system. From there run the file you download and then your printer will be installed. If you still have issue give me the exact error and step you were at when you are having the problem.

Windows cant recognize the device

Many devices have manufacturer specific driver file sets, such as HP, which install in their own file folders. If you do not have the original software for your roadmate, you may need to visit the manufacturer's website and obtain them there.

I have instaled windows 7 for my pc, but main board is not showing drivers to instal

As Windows 7 is a new OS, the disc that came with an older motherboard will not have drivers specifically designed for it. The motherboard manufacturer and/or the manufacturer of any additional hardware peripherals (printer/scanner) and cards (video/tuner) you have are responsible to provide drivers for the new OS. You will have to visit their website(s), locate the necessary drivers in their download/support area, and then install them. You will need to know the specific model and sometimes serial number of the device(s). It is very possible that if a motherboard or device is very old that the manufacturer will have discontinued driver support for it. It is very important therefore to have gathered all new drivers prior to installing a new OS, or else obtain new hardware that supports it.

I installed windows 7 64bit OS and I have no internet connection. Device Manager shows no driver is installed and network ethernet driver. How do I fix?

You need to download and install the Windows 7 drivers for your device. They don't come with Windows. Only the device manufacturer will have them. If you have a laptop you will need to identify the devices and search other systems that use those same devices and Windows 7 to find them.

The Code 10 error code is generated when Device Manager has insufficient information or the error that is bubbled up by the device drivers is not recognized by Device Manager. Additionally, this error may occur when one of the drivers that the device needs does not start. I would like to install my audio out device it saids its not installed i currently have no sound it was working a few days ago and now its not . Where do i get the software to install it , thanks

What is the make and model of the autio device? If you don't know, then you can visit the website of your computer's manufacturer (if it's a custom computer then you'll want to visit the motherboard's manufacturer's website) and download the latest driver for Windows Vista. If no Vista drivers are available, you should at least be able to find out what the device is from that website and then go to the audio device's manufacturer's website to obtain the driver. If Vista already has the driver then it will be installed automatically.
