Question about Car Audio & Video
This is not a problem with the radio. If the problem affects the radio and power windows, it is most likely an electronic control board that runs both circuits. Chances are other circuits are affected as well, like wipers, internal light, cigarrette lighter, blinkers etc. It all depends on your car make, model and year. Please check functionality of all other items when this happens then post again with your car year, make and model.
