Hobart Meat Slicer not working..please help!

I have an automatic Hobart meat slicer at my store, and it was making a noise and now stopped working. Anyone have any information?

Apprenticei have a automatic holbart meat slicer and i can't get the blade to closes all the way any information? thank you:)
