Question about Computers & Internet
There a TONS of possibilities here. Can you describe some more details?
Does it see the network? If you can't even detect the network try these steps.
1. plug an ethernet cable to your computer 2. Click Start. Select run 3. type in "cmd" and press enter (This should take you to a black screen where you can type) 4. type "ipconfig", and type enter 5. look for the default gateway (it should be something like, 168.94.74....... or what so ever) 6. IF YOU TYPE THAT IP ADDRESS INTO THE INTERNET EXPLORER PAGE, IT SHOULD TAKE YOU TO THE CONFIGURATION PAGE OF THE ROUTER!!!!! From here you should be able to configure your router through their automated setup. Good luck!

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
