if the pump seems to work, check outlet hose for blockage/check pump filter as well

On the water reservoir there is a little black disk, a magnet, I think... If that is not against the machine it will display the prime error. Empty the water from the reservoir and tilt it so that the disk is against the machine. Place the reservoir empty back on the machine and fill it with water carefully as not to move the disk. When the water level gets to the correct position, the prime error will go away.

check the screen on the valve where the hose connects to the washer, it may be clogged

Could be the programmer, if its a clockwork one then its common problem, if its a electronic one then your really out of your depth unless you can find another to donate the bits! Good Luck the Yeti

power supply board may be defective.

Suggestion: First plug off the wall. Remove the back panel of the machine. Check to see it the thin tube going from the top control panel to the exit side below the machine is block free. To check disconnect this from the top and blow into it. It should not blocked, refit. This is the water level control. Secondly check out your pump.
