Question about Skull Candy Lowrider Headphones

The issue may be from the volumes on a too high level ..and casing the system to block the sound from this cause...first level down the volumes on the mic input ...(mic volume level ) ..and see if it does the same ..Open the volume manager ..and see the setting s..not to be muted..the mic not to be on mic.boost from the advance settings ..or anything that may cause volume problems ..
if nothing seams to be relevant ..check the settings by folowing these indication s..
