Problem with sonicstage software (by 4 users)
previously had sony sonicstage software on my windows 98SE pc & it worked fine, have since bought a new pc runnning vista.
Tried to install sonicstage but keep getting the error message "CANNOT FIND THE OPEN MG SECURE MODULE" then the program exits.
I have a sony NW-E107 mp3 player used with this software, is this mp3 player supported under vista?
Bought NW-E005F, downloaded software and music from my computer at that time, which featured Windows XP.
No longer own that computer and have since bought a laptop which features Windows Vista'.
Cannot download original software purchased with MP3 player (Version 4.0)
Cannot view or edit original playlist/library already existing on MP3 player and cannot add any music.

Before installing Sonic Stage 4.3 I transferred all my music (all paid for under copyright) onto Sony Network Walkman NW-E005 2 GB MP3 Player. After installation of 4.3 I transferred it all to Sonic Stage Library; and selected only some albums to transfer back to the MP3. It won't transfer and gives the following message:
"Cannot convert the specified track.
Possible reasons may include:
- The track (files) cannot be found.
- SonicStage does not support the file format of the track.
- The track is copyright protected."
The track plays OK from Sonic Stage via my PC so copyright is the issue. How do I overcome this?

when i click on the icon to open the program it jst says that it cant start because the database is being uses in another program what does that mean ? and how do i fix it ?

I can not run sonicstage software for my mp3 player NW-E005 since i bought new laptop running on vista. Any solution? Pleeeeeeease!!!
GuruSelect your Model and click the blue button.
That one supports Vista.
