Need a wiring diagram draw nup for me

Hello Hello I need a wiring diagram drawn up for me if that’s possible, ill try to explain what I need.
First I have two triggering devices (Open close switch n/o) that need to be triggered remotely by one switch via wires not remote control.
But I want it to have a number of options.
1/ when the remote button is pressed the triggers need to open and close automatically one at a time.
2/ have a variable speed rate. From 2 per second to 15 per second.(approx) For all these options
3/ have a switch to change from simultaneous to alternate for every option
4/ change the automatic setting to trigger only once when remote is pressed.
Ideally I wish to fit all this in as smaller box as possible, there is no load on the trigger switch as it a micro switch currently being used. The system runs off a 9v battery
Thanks

    Hi,

    Based on your post, a couple of ideas:
    1. the "Open close switch n/o" would have to be replaced by relays;
    2. depending on the load, power source, the relay could also be a triac or an SCR;
    3. if a relay would be used, then the 9 volts would probably have to be 12VDC.;
    4. if the engaging of the switch/relay is time controlled as well, you would need an electronic timer. If the timing is not critical, then a timer IC would do, if on the other hand timing is critical then it has to be crystal based;
    5. if the engaging of the switch/relay is dependent on the status/condition of the other and "simultaneous to alternate for every option", then a logic circuit has to be custom designed. You would need to establish the conditions in a "Truth Table".
    6. if a logic circuit with variable time based would be used, then provisions for a +5VDC is also required;
    7. if the conditions are presets and would not change, it might be more appropriate to use a PLC.

    Sorry but I have to ask: If you are intending to patent this, is it not but fair that whoever designs the electrical/electronics share in the design rights? (rather than ask for it as a free help)

Audio baha A6601T What size power cable?

First, you need to know how far the battery is from the amplifier. In DC power systems, size IS important. The further the distance, the more power will be lost in a cable of the same size.

I use #6 wire for both the Positive and Negative terminals for powering a 100A continuous draw over about a 15 foot run. The wire does get a bit warm, so it is probably a bit small for the service I am using it in, which isn't critical. You may need to use #4 wire, but I doubt it. Audio amplifiers have a low continuous power draw, compared to my application, and although I have seen some fused at over 100A, the chances are that this is on ly in case the amplifier shorts internally. I doubt if the amplifer fused at this level has ever drawn more than 50% of this rating.

#6 wire can be purchased from a welding supply or automotive store. A typical price is about $1.29 per foot. Get crimp on connectors for the cable, don't try to actually attach the stranded wire to ANYTHING. You'll just have problems. Also, ask the store if they can actually crimp the connectors to the cable for you, although you would need to have the exact measurements for the cable. Remenmber, any excess wire length is a loss of of power X2, as you have 2 wires to contend with. DON'T count on the vehicle chassis ground to supply a good negative ground. Run both the POSITIVE and NEGATIVE wires striaht to the battery. It is also important to put a fuse (100 or 150A) at the battery POSTIVE terminal to prevent the possibility of an electrical fire if the positive lead gets cut and shorts to the chassis.

How do i wire 2 fosgate punch 10" subs to this boss iq 680.2 amp? the subs are rfd2210 hx4 and theres two subs in a separated seald box. i need to know how to phase all the vcs together

Your subs are 4 ohm dvc so lower the impedance more power from your amp. I will include a link that will show you how to wire your subs for maximum performance. I would explain it but seeing the drawing will make more sense....

I need to know how to wire my targa amp please if

Hello, could you please specify how many channels the amp is, what ohms is it stable down to and what type and how many speakers you want to hook up? Then I can draw you a diagram and send it to your e-mail. You would just send me a private message with your e-mail. Let me know, i'm here to help.

E-3 comes up

Hello svjonny13,

Excessive current draw can be caused by a short in the wiring, especially the output. Also, an amp may draw excessive current when operated into a lower impedance load than it can handle.

Too low of a supply voltage may result in the amp drawing excessive current, especially when operated at or near it's rated output. Voltage multiplied by the current equals watts. So if the amp is trying to produce X number of watts, the lower the voltage, the more current it needs. A power wire that is too small or too long may have too high of a voltage drop. A high resistance in the ground connection can also result in a significant voltage drop. Again, too small, too long, loosely fastened, or perhaps corroded. I'd check all wiring

Internal component failure can also cause excessive current draw. In that case, the amp needs service.

Hope this helps.

Wiring

Hello nootkabear,

Without the model number of your super tuner, it's not possible to point you to a specific location for the wiring diagram.

I'd start with Pioneer support to see if they have a download for the manual. If that fails, try the manualsonline site. Manualsonline is not a free site.

Hope this helps.

2 channel amp to 6-6x9 wiring diagram

Hello magoocsl,

Yes, with the use of 2 high-pass and 1 low-pass crossovers, that Kicker amp will operate in what they call stereo and mono simultaneously (SAMS). You'd run 4 of the 6X9's in mono. Wire them in series-parallel with a low-pass crossover on the positive leg to the amp. The amp would see a 4ω load. The other two 6X9's would be wired as stereo, one to each channel with a high-pass crossover. Again, the amp sees a 4ω load.

Here's a link to the appropriate wiring diagram. The diagram is on page 5. Just substitute your 4 6X9's wired in series-parallel where they show the "mono" speaker.

Hope this helps.

Wiring my car stereo

This is not something that can be done here. It's too complex. The best solution would be to learn how all of this works. From then on, you will not need a diagram. The following site covers virtually everything you'll need to know.
