Question about Lexmark X2350 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My printer is having a problem where the light keeps blinking and everytime I press it the printer cartridge goes acros hits the side hard and returns to the other side and stops. I tirned off the power, but the same thing ahppened again - any ideas?
Usually the light blinks if you have started a print job and run out of paper...it's trying to get your attention to insert more paper before it can continue. Check and see whether there are any print jobs that weren't able to conclude and delete them. Go to 1) Start, 2) Control Panel, 3) Printers and Other Hardware, 4) View Installed Printers, 5) Lexmark 2300 Series. When you double click on the Lexmark Printer Symbol, it will open up a smaller window which will show you whether there are any print jobs that are waiting to print. If there are any, delete them. Hopefully this will solve your problem.
