Question about Coleman Powermate Powermate 5000W Generator
In checking my manuals their is a rectifier that controls the 12 volt side this can be bad even though it is for the 12 volts some times the gen needs a back pulse witch acts like a exciter that kick the power in you can replace this part i do not have the part number i'm sorry but you can get them from electronics stores the part will be black 1x1x3/8 inch with a mounting hole in the center with 4 wire studs replace and try this first if the issue is not solved then the inverter unis is bad unfortunately this is a solid state sealed unit encased in a hard gel that hole unit will need to be replaced in order to cure your issue i hope this helps
