Question about Cell Phones

1 Answer

I have a cordless phone KX-TG9334-Panasonic. I lost electrical power for 3 hours and once power restored, the Talking Calller ID no longer works. I re-registered; disconnected, change ringer count to 4, and still won't announce calls, nor will it display calls. Yes, I called my provider and that is okay. Please help! Confused cordless customer. PS I tried another phone and it works on it, but not on the latest one.

Ann also check with your telephone line provider for the land line calls that the subscribed service has been activated that forwards the calling line identity to your land phone line. Could be it somehow has become lost accidentally by the phone company.

It would be worth them checking it has not fallen off your subscriber settings to eliminate it as a possible cause)
