Error Message when trying to access the int...

I just purchased the A380i and in addition I purchased the browser and MMS Setting, yet even with the right settings I still cant access the internet or send an MMS. When I try go on the internet the G in the upper left hand corner turn purple as if connected but then a message pops up that reads "error in communication" the same happens when i try to send an MMS, it will load to 99% and a message will pop up that reads "error in communication" can anyone help?
