If you are unable to open it ,there might be a virus in you flash drive which is causing problem .
Solution:
Select the flash drive and right click .now select autoplay, a dialogue box will appear ,now select open to open it..
if you are unable to do this .
open my computer ,in the address bar ,click on the downn area button in address bar and select flash drive to open .if this also fails you have to format the flash drive ..
Try this in other pc if you are unable to do this on your computer ..now if you are getting same problem ,format it.
right click on it >select format >and format it to remove virus ...

My pen drive is not detected.

The best thing to do is to try it in a friends computer, remember to scan it with an anti-virus program if it is detected. Otherwise it is possible that the USB flash drive has malfunctioned or needs to be reformatted. Hand it over to a PC technician maybe he/she can recover the information on it. Might be time to purchase a new one as they do wear out.

I have DTI/32GB kingston pendrive. Its getting detected but when i try to open it from my computer its showing me that 'please insert a disk into drive H'.\r\nI am not able to access the pendrive.Neither...

The pen drive might have been damaged for good. If it fell down or got hit on a hard surface. On the other hand it is possible that you have gotten a virus on the pen drive which has affected the operation of the device.
Best thing to do is try assessing the device through the Command prompt this should help.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

Pc it detect flash drive but i can't open it

I am giving you magic out of my pendora box..........
As your system has got infection so booting it normally actually wont help you much so kindly boot your system in safemode with networking and download following
1.Malawarebytes.exe
2.Trojan Remover.exe
And
3Combofix
Now update it and run them one by one in sequence ,This will free your system from any harmfull infection may it be ,you ve mentioned that you are not able to open the pen drive it is because of trojan so keep your removable media plugged and then after finishing operation in safe mode run the same in normal mode
Now these steps not omly fixes the problem but makes your pc 20-30 times fast depending upon configuration as ypur sytem performace will be automatically optimized and prevent and future intrusion
Thanks And Regards
