Hi: Is it so full you blocked the vents in the back? It's possible it was going through a defrost cycle when you checked and it naturally spiked in temperature. Don't open the door every few minutes ( everybody does it) as you will dump the cold air out of it. Call Service if it isn't one of the simple things get it rolling, as it would be serious. If I'm right call and cancel the service call. I hope your problem is simple and cheap, Jeff

This is uaually caused by the condenser fan not running. It's underneath the fridge behind the cardboard backing. Should be running when compressor motor is.
Could be caused by ice buildup on coils behind the back cover inside the freezer. This would be an auto defrost problem.

CHECK THE BAFFLE IT MIGHT NO BE OPENING OR CLOSING PROPERLY, THAT`S THE SMALL DOOR LOCATED @ THE LEFT UPPER CORNER OF THE FRIGERATOR
