I suppose you want to clean the lint vent to outside. Clean out the filter first by removing the manual filter and pulling off all stuck lint. Try this link to clean the vent:

Hi, our outside vent keeps freezing, ant suggestions on this issue? Thanks for your time.

Add a 12" piece of pipe elbowed down if possible. Also make sure the pipe is sloped back to the furnace 1/4" per ft.

Clothes take long time to dry

A dryer with heat but long dry time will always be an issue where the moist air is not able to evacuate effectively.
This could be a restriction in the vent hose (smashed or clogged), blockage at the outside exit (lint build up or a bird's nest), an inordinately long run of vent hose (more than 12 feet) to name a few.

Dryer vent duct

The vent pipe codes are based on the fact that the blower in a typical gas dryer can only 'push' a certain volume of air through a certain sized duct for a certain number of feet. Reduced volume of airflow means higher temperatures thus higher risk of fire.
First option ... is your dryer anywhere near a side wall, which would allow you to shorten the total length of duct required to reach the outside to something less than the 14 ft code limit ?
Second option ... upsize the standard 4" dryer exhaust duct to 6" to compensate for the 30ft length
Either way, in the absence of an external forced draft booster fan ( a.k.a. 'power vent' fan ) you should be using metal exhaust duct not plastic.

run the dryer with the vent hose off, if it drys correctly then it is in the vent tube. The best way to clean the vent hose is with a leaf blower, now if it is not drying with the vent hose off then you will need to disassemble the dryer, and clean from the bottom of the lint trap back to the back of the dryer with a brush(paint) and a vacuum:

Need height from floor to dryer vent outlet for installation of dryer vent

It depends on what floor you are on. If its on a second floor you can put it wherever, but if its on a first floor, its once you vent outside, it needs to be 12 inches from the ground to the top of the vent hood. Check with your local code officials for any codes specific to your municipality.

GE Dryer model DDE5700GCLAD

Your dryer is exhibiting symptoms of a restricted/plugged exhaust vent. Remove the vent tube from the rear of the dryer and inspect it for restrictions all the way to the outside vent hood,(including the vent hood), i.e., lint build up/water retention, pinched-off, too long, animal nest, etc. Also make sure your lint filter is being cleaned after each load.
A blower malfunction could also cause your symptom. Do not overload the dryer as this also can restrict air flow.
Most dryers can only be vented 10 to15 ft. and should be cleaned twice a year.
Always utilize the shortest distance/shortest vent concept.
