Question about HP Pavilion m7434n (ER901AA) PC Desktop
Open the case and disconnect the hard disk. Now try to boot in the BIOS - if you can't then it's a hardware problem, start by replacing the power source, then the video card and finally the memory. If after all of that it's still not working then the motherboard is dead, time for a new pc.
If you can boot in the BIOS then Windows is corrupt - reinstall it.
